Came in with my partner, the owner was super nice. You can genuinely tell he cares about animals and people. He was super helpful and even advise us that he gives out goody bags to the humane shelter nearby to help out all the new owners! We’re not from the area but we’ll be100% coming back when in the area.

I can only RAVE about this establishment!!! This is the ONLY place where I purchase my Tuxedos' (my golden doodle) "snackums"!! The owner is absolutely AMAZING! He is very caring and knowledgeable. This place reminds you of "CHEERS"... He remembers you!!! I definitely and highly recommend!! If he doesn't have it, then you probably don't need or want it!

Marshall Pet Co-Op is our new go-to pet store for just about everything for our dogs. In particular, Stephen (owner) always goes above and beyond with customer service and great prices. I wandered in there to see if he could get the organic pet food I was currently ordering from Chewy at the same price, and he made it happen! I much prefer to shop local than support big online companies, and not having tons of boxes to dispose of from Chewy auto ship is lovely!! I hope everyone in the area stops in to see what they have to offer and, if they don't have something, don't be afraid to ask!

There are so many reasons I love Marshall Pet Coop: 1) the owner, Stephen’s, “why” is to build community 2) it’s one of my dog Pico’s favorite outings because Stephen always has a treat to offer 3) the products are all high quality 4) Stephen is very knowledgeable about his products and about healthy food for pets 5) it’s beautifully and thoughtfully arranged inside 6) Stephen always tries to offer the best prices or discounts or free samples 7) I love his crystals also on offer through Cube Minerals at the same shop 8) it’s friendly there 9) I love supporting a local business 10) He loves animals 11) He donates to the Middleburg Humane Foundation

Stephen is very knowledgeable about all the products he sells. He also will go out of his way to find products for special dietary needs for pets. Always a happy fun place to go to.

It’s refreshing to find this personalized service, a wealth of knowledge about all the products, and VERY FAIR PRICES in Marshall. My cat was not digesting a name brand food I’d been buying elsewhere. After explaining the symptoms, the lady ant the pet co-op offered a variety of options to try. She gave me firsthand advice on each product and shared pricing for each small size bag as well as looking up pricing for the larger bags of each, in case my cat would stay with the new food. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pricing was in line with the food I’d been buying and my cat felt better on the new food right away. All around a wonder experience!

I recently adopted a cat from Middleburg Humane. They sent me home with a pouch of food that my cat loved. The owner of Marshall Pet Co-Op donates locally, thank you sir 🙏 and his sticker for Marshall Pet Co-Op was attached to this sample. I decided to drive down today and he got me set up with a starter kit for my recent adoption. Not sure how long he is doing this, or how many he has available .. i recommend to stop by and see him. Very informative for a first time cat owner. Was able to order me a specific food online, Fussie Cat Mackeral. Pet friendly store. Super nice guy. Glad I found my new cat grocery store. ☺️ I didn't get far past the cat section, he does have dog products as well. Thank you for everything today and your generosity. 🤗
